Barak Baruch

In his work, Adv. Barak Baruch combines extensive legal knowledge with high business capabilities and thus helps his clients to solve issues, both legal and business, that arise during the transactions.

Background and experience

Barak began his legal career in 2011 as an intern at Yigal Arnon & Co.

Afterward, he worked on entrepreneurship, management and legal consulting for real estate projects. Following on till the opening of his law office, Barak worked for about five years at Shimonov & Co., Israel's leading law firm in the capital market and securities law, where he represented leading public real estate companies incorporated in Israel and abroad.

Education

In 2018, Barak completed of Master of Commercial Law (LL.M.) Magna cum Laude in the Executive international Masters program of Tel Aviv University in collaboration with University of California Berkeley Boalt Hall Schol of Law.

In 2011, Barak graduate both his LL.B. and B.A. in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya under the scholarship of excellence.

Membership in the Israeli Bar Association committees

Adv. Barak Baruch serves as a member of the capital market,  securities and business forum of the Israel Bar Association and a member of the Commercial Law Committee. 

In addition, Adv. Barak Baruch serves as member of the Real Estate and Property forum of the Israel Bar Association and a member of the Planning and Building committee.
